You can modify a reservation by doubleclicking on it on the main screen. EverybodyInn lets you override each night's rate individually (for example, you might have a higher rate on weekends or holidays than on ordinary weekdays). You can also override the subtotal itself, if you want to give a customer a special discount, or upgrade them to a better room at the old room's rate.

You can select from previous guests, if this is a repeat customer, or just enter a new guest's information right here. You don't need to interrupt your work to go into a separate "Customer List" module; it's all done right here on one screen. You can add notes for each guest, to remember special preferences or requests.
